Made with white grape must in Modena, Italy, our white peach balsamic is a crisp fruity balsamic vinegar with a touch of sweetness and balanced acidity. It’s extremely adaptable and can be used to make light, tart vinaigrette. Use to marinate pork or poultry, in mixed drinks or add a splash to your sparkling water for a delightful, refreshing beverage.

Pairs well with any of our extra virgin olive oils, as well as our flavored oils.
